Cleaning on departure and the visitor's tax are obligatory.                

Cleaning :

 Fr. 45.-- to  85.-- depending on the size of unit rented
             

Visitor's tax :

 Fr. 1.50 per night per adult
Fr. 0.75 per night per child between the ages of 6 and 16
      

Optional :

Bed linen : Fr. 12.-- per person
Bed linen and towels : Fr. 15.-- per person
       
TV : Fr. 60.-- for the 1st week + Fr. 10.-- per extra week
                  

Arrival :

Saturday at 16h00, unless by special arrangement
      

Departure :

Saturday at 10h00 at the latest, unless by special arrangement
       

Pets :

Allowed for certain rentals. A deposit is required.
